It is a phase out. To do an abrupt 180 would be to acknowledge it was poorly implemented and employees were harmed. DEI was a monster waiting to devour the innocent, and RTO is very much a layoff in disguise.

Why not just acknowledge it for what it is if you are so proud of it?
They should rebrand it CEI.
It is discrimination with a new label. The cancel culture is over, and hopefully President Trump's administration will severely penalize institutions that are attempting to put lipstick on this pig of a policy.
White people only appropriate culture . . . just ask any black leader.
