Sayee G aa d ams e tty is the ultimate relic from a bygone era, championing the fine art of micromanagement like it’s still 1980. His commitment to stifling progress and innovation is truly unparalleled, ensuring that self-preservation and outdated agendas remain front and center. After all, what could be better than entrusting a mission-critical area of the company to a 65-year-old who treats change like it’s a personal insult?

It seems Vani A d a p a has an exceptional talent for navigating office politics rather than IT systems, thriving through strategic flattery and the unspoken camaraderie of the “Indian protection program.” Perhaps it’s time to reconsider her contributions during the next round of RIFs.

S_c0T _t D3 10 a chy needs a replacement—preferably someone with actual energy, a modern outlook, and a clue about telco architectures. This guy’s still clinging to the fantasy that he’s running a software dev shop and, for reasons beyond comprehension, handed the reins of architecture to his buddy Karthik, who is hilariously out of his depth. They both hail from the energy sector, which might explain why the sparks of innovation are nowhere to be found. Bravo, Verizon, for letting these liabilities steer the ship. Truly inspiring leadership choices.

management is not able to help with strategy or revenue growth. Not to worry, no manager here will be able to turn the long-term-debt into something payable. We might get better luck with a blind monkey in with a yellow curious george hat. Lets just eat a banana and climb a tree...maybe the sky will rain more bananas.
