Package connotates it is voluntary. Got it?
Funny how managers and minions are oblivious to the term "PACKAGE" as used specifically in the existing labor contracts. Yes there regularly are indeed packages for workers who've been surplussed AKA laid off and these said packages are truly lucrative thanks only to the CWA union. You can of course slam the union all you want but you'd be loving the union too if you got TWO years pay + benefits to leave with a nice pension and 401k distributions, so hahaaa to you and all your little ki$$ a$$ golden ambitious of some fantasy of being a "manager". Haaahaaa!
This post created by the person that insists on talking about severance “packages”.
There are no packages.
Severance pay docs are on HR One Stop.
There is no package.
handshake?
This post is really going to annoy the guy who always has to debate if it’s a package or not.
I think they have a little package which triggers the use of the word package.
Same as usual, no change to packages right now.
