Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

John’s not the problem.. you are!!

Imagine a man who milks this company for $26 million a year telling his employee base that they are not productive enough. Employees make less than one percent of what this man makes a year.
He got an 18% raise and gave the rest of us 2.5% and were told we aren’t productive and need to be in office 5 days a week and we need to be tracked. This guy has overstayed his welcome and it’s time he goes.

Most employees don't even know this site exists. But once you are affected you may change your tune about things. Employees don't matter to T, they treat them like trash. Where are the results of the culture survey by the way.

The metrics they track are total bs. They only track in office metrics. Nothing on VPN outside of the office is counted. So don’t do any work outside the office because they won’t notice the extra hours.

With recent updates to presence reports implemented and metrics showing how few employees actually work anywhere close to full-time hours, there is no going back on RTO.

Mention this next time he posts on linked in. If we could get a large percentage of the company to make it known that he is the most hated, it would probably make news media and force the board to look into removing him due to bad press.

What makes me the most sick is when I see a LinkedIn Post, OR something in News Now, Or some TEAMS meeting post with employees standing next to this buffoon, giving him praise or a thumbs up ... Or when he does these stupid a-s videos and the droves of people saying how great he is... I have been in the presence of some of these same people that say he S_CKS! Makes me sick that ANYONE would want to be pictured in the same picture as him, in the same room as him, or post anything positive about him... I agree that everyone should publicly post what a complete and total _SS he truly his, give a vote of no confidence, and not give this id--t a second of their attention... stop taking pictures with this jerk, and start standing up for what is right and get rid of the main cause of AT&T Failing terribly as a profitable company, a company that exists on "Do as I say, not as I do" culture, and one that is basically violating Laws by mass layoffs of long standing, hard working employees that has made the company (and will continue to make the company, the great company it once was... Get Rid of THis A-Hole! he cares about himself, How can the Board of this company not see how he has single handedly destroyed a once great American juggernaut of a company
