12M Indian Rupees is $141,907, so that is about right for a P4. I'm a P4 here in the US and I make $139k/yr not including bonus.
If this is true “P4 is my level, pay is 12M INR. Waiting to get a raise next year when more of the US staff is swept out.” You had better worry about yourself as that is higher than most P4 in USA.

I was with another bank when rates were down and some were making a lot more than that. One guy was pulling in more than a 1M a yr. Avg I would guess was around 350-400k, sales pays much better than most think.
