These quotes are crazy high. Are the higher ups on dr-gs?

Inbound/outbound is almost 100 new
Chat is almost 200 new

These are not reasonable quotas.

Inbound/outbound should be around 50-60
Chat should be around 100

Unionizing is not going to help you with quotas friend. Just check w the Union retail stores. They will still collect your dues even if you don't make commissions. I am all for unions but unionization for quotas is not the solution.

100% couldn’t agree more.

These quotas are absolutely insane. We went from 99-100 quota to double overnight. Meanwhile “blended” has a quota of 90.

So we “gave you a raise” by increasing your at risk but wait people can’t hit quota and we’re making LESS then we did before the “raise”

Seems to be the Verizon way.
