CAN ANYONE PROVIDE A GOOD PHONE NUMBER TO HUMAN RESOURCES. I'M TIRED OF GETTING INDIA ON THE PHONE AND GET NOWHERE. AS A RETIREE, THERE IS QUITE A BIT INFORMATION NEEDED BY SPEAKING TO A KNOWKEDGEABLE HR REP. PLEASE HELP

Unfortunately Alight, who seems to answer now at Benefits Center seems to be outsourced. Got terrible, wrong information from them last week and they refused to escalate my call.

They are not in India. They have a 3rd party company in Texas who answers the calls and reads from scripts. They are useless. Just ask your question on this board and those who have been through what you are going through can answer.
