Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Upper management

Upper Management and customer teams can go fu-k themselves. Constantly loading up my backrooms. I'm telling all my stores to kick orders.

Oh we know how to do our jobs and order product, try again! So funny to think that you can order for stores you’ve never been in. It’s not like this is rocket science folks. They force product in to over inflate sales for sales teams to hit their number and bonus and to make share holders think the company is selling more than they actually are. The product is actually sitting on pallets in back rooms of accounts. This has been their MO for years and years….DOES NOT WORK PEOPLE!!! Take care of you! Get out!!!!

I never used to leave pallets of leftover backstock at Walmart, now it’s constantly. Managers would text me about it all the time, now they don’t text me anymore cause they’re just used to it…deny the order or accept that there will always be full bins plus a pallet.

We are the biggest joke in DSD. I agree. It's embarrassing.

It's so embarrassing! The stores are starting to hate us. From number one in DSD to the absolute bottom!

Fill up our backstock with stuff we don't need then I have no room for stuff I do need. Brilliant strategy by the customer teams hahahaha

I've got 3 pallets of stuff that won't go to shelf or displays. Great ordering...

If you learned how to order enough we wouldn’t have to send it in for you…
There’s a reason you’re doing that job and I’m doing this one.

Problem with refusing the delivery is, it just gets re-delivered on the next delivery day. Evebtuslly you'll get the load

It’s been how they do business for a long time, but it has gotten worse since their stock has taken a dive! It will continue to happen, good call on having stores refuse orders! I make sure to talk to the receiver in every store as to whether to accept or refuse! Overnight drops are no problem, they leave a note on the door for the driver 🤪!
