I am sure they would get more takers after dealing with knowledge loss and workload increases from VSP, RIFs, and not to mention thousands being let go from the HCL outsourcing.

Not a chance. However, any RIFs they do to folks who were ineligible for or rejected from the VSP, will still get the enhanced severance - thru the end of March.

It would be a surprise if there were many takers, as they just had a VSP, unless there is good info that there are many FOMOs who wished they took it and another VSP would cull 1,000+ headcount in a second-chance opportunity.
