Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

#1 town hall survey question

Per Inquire—After the obvious RTO stuff— For the Corey Anthony town hall , is “what are the results of the mandatory culture survey we took months ago”

Love it. NEVER stop asking for them.

Corey A. I agree is one of the biggest puppets Stankey has. They made him conform as he was out of line a few years back. Corey forgot he had a big meeting with employees in Conyers until he got a call asking where he was and he shows up way late. Many had left already when he finally showed up like nothing happened . Ball headed dilbert Stanke runs the show and it’s a chitshow for sure!!

This isn't the first survey to have it's results deep-sixed at T. Pre-T, we had a few SBC-wide surveys never see the light of day as well. 'Working Groups' were formed to address the issues, and they never reported out and it just faded from memory over time.

This is nothing new.

20 years at T and I never made 1 town hall. Not 1.

I didn't miss a thing.

Those year end videos you had to watch until the end with the leaders bloviating...they were put on play, minimized and I never saw 1. Not 1.

The T leadership is a constant group of unintelligent narcissists.

I did my job 100% but never cared what they said.

I'm better for it today and they are still unintelligent narcissists.

Good talk.

if you have been paying attention in the survey prior to the controversial one they had the results fairly quickly within a month or two with the Q&A's all fresh in our minds, yet Corey made it seem like this time time culture survey took 6 months for analytics

The HR Ta-d on stage was hilarious with his story about how no one on his team decided to move to Dallas so he had to hire an entire new team.

He went on to say how great it is to just have everyone get together in the office to discuss something really quickly.

Guess he forgot to mention that huddle was about things the old team already knew about and handled without him. Or how his new team is in no way as good as the team he had before because they have zero experience.

No wonder why everyone hates it here. We have an entire team of new HR employees who don’t have a clue what they’re doing.

The company measures employee engagement by how many times you “click” on their bullsh-t.

Notice they “demand” participation, but when it actually gets down to feedback or results they don’t care.

Same with town halls! We have all received the emails from our supervisor “we need more people to register and attend”.

STOP DOING THAT.

Maybe if the leadership stops seeing the adoring fans they will start to feel as stupid as they are!

Do you think leadership is aware that we are basically forced to attend? Then when we do, they don’t answer anything directly. What’s the point?

If they can’t reciprocate any level of respect YOU are just the abused spouse who stays!!

Don’t open the communications, don’t go to insider, viva engage, community service or surveys.

Do your 8 and skate.

"NO ONE SHOULD PARTICIPATE IN ANY SURVEY. "

Completely disagree. Fill out those surveys and hammer them. Make them not release the surveys again.

Bottom line: you'll be too confused by the results since the Employee Engagement is coming up. So we're just going to keep those results at the leadership level and never release them to you general Employee pleebs. You're not entitled to know.

Why should we as the employees continue to participate in surveys or town halls if you can’t provide legitimate answers or feedback?

It seems to be working now. Yes fittingly, it was a complete fiasco for 10-15 minutes. The video was not up---dial in was working, but all you could hear was hundreds of unmuted people belching and flatulating interspersed with yelling "mute your phones!" Classic.
