Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

RTO’ing, but spending 80% of time looking for new job.

Other 20% of time spent complaining to co-workers and coming up with excuses why nothing get completed.

T has earned these DEI chumps by driving out the talent and leaving a cesspool of talentless mo--ns who know absolutely nothing about growing revenue, accomplishing goals, teamwork, etc.

T has earned it all.

This is exactly what you should be doing, résumé, job hunt, LinkedIn, etc, while at the office.
Find a new job, make T pay for it.
Do the bare minimum not to get fired.
Find a new job, work both as long as you can, take caregiver, etc…just pull as many resources as you can then leave.

I’m doing the exact same thing. This place su-ks. I’m 26 and this place is nothing but a mirage. You can’t be a hip company with a hip culture by printing out some marketing material. Filling up a building with a bunch of wanna be hipsters and gangstas doesn’t make it so. I’m already gone.
