This article implies NY or NC is going to be hub for most of WF. Is impending closure of Wilmington, DE unavoidable?

Cards won't be based in Wilmington anymore, their new leader is going to be based in NYC when he comes and almost all their Wilmington leaders have left. However it's true that the bank continues to expand the space in The Ugliest Building in Delaware, I wouldn't worry too much if I worked in that location.
Wilmington isn't going anywhere, infact adding a floor. They need a footprint for Credit Cards.
