Is RTO 3 days or 5 days a week?

At my site some teams do an "A-B schedule" 5 days RTO, then 5 days WFH, alternating each week.
Other teams are "hybrid" and do 3 days RTO, 2 days WFH
It's a bit lopsided because that means on average the A-B schedule folks only do 10 days RTO/month, while hybrid does 12 days RTO/month. That doesn't seem like a lot, but over the course of the year, hybrid workers spend 24 more days in the office than A-B
Interestingly, there are some groups that do five days in then five days out.
