Wouldn't be the first Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays Layoff. It warms grinches tiny heart to have a reduced payroll, as long as it isn’t his reduction.
Couldn't happen to a better group, these IHX "sellers" pull off some scammy $h*+, with some making well over 6 figures by false churn and bad sales, anyone in compliance/audit could do a simple sales analysis and see this
It wouldn't surprise me. I remember people getting notice on 12/15 several years back but that was when 60 day notice was used.

It’s true. Off payroll 12/16. Believe it’s IHX in out of foot print markets only.
a 12/9 surplus notice would mean off books on 12/23. I know this place is pathetic but they're not letting people go 2 days before Christmas
