Any rumors about next week? I’m so sorry for all the folks who were let go this week. We are paying the price for CORE. And many other mistakes. I have yet to see people actually responsible to suffer consequences of their bad decisions.

Has the fudamentals of the downstream business emvironment dramarically shifted in the last few years or was the org that poorly designed?
Downstream layoffs set for work week 9th of dec 2024 to 13th of dec 2024. Next wave to follow work week 15th of jan 2025. That will be targeting management roles that are no longer needed.
ELT should pay for it
