Let’s follow the lead of our CWA techs. It’s hilarious, they’re doing the very bare minimum and milking the clock. They’re literally watching movies in an idling truck utilizing every minute of that 4 hour install.
I did the job I was paid to do but they specifically chose me as part of their racist, ageist Waves and clawed my job away from me. They moved the job to Atlanta where the DEI STEM pickings were plentiful. Isnt that right Jeremy
More like they specifically picked 1000’s of people. I have heard tell of entire crews saying they wouldn’t move and the company backed off because they need the skill set of those people. If your knowledge is not specific in nature to the telephone network they don’t care if you quit.

Damn, we're a bunch of angry old white men, aren't we?
“Some people work. It's what we do. Being lazy or resentful to our employer doesn't factor in because that laziness and resentment will bleed into every relationship you have. Do the job you are paid to do.”

Some people put more effort into not working then the actual work itself.
They
Don’t
Care
Sorry, DEI is dead, so get over it! Nobody at ATT is talking about their coworkers! We're talking about our leaders or lack of leadership!
OP doesn't deserve to remain employed here.
Sorry, not gonna have everyone talking about that lazy black girl in the corner. Y’all hate on diversity enough as it is.
