We’ve been having silent layoffs all the time outside official rounds. They are intent on getting rid of as many of us as they can get away with while still raking in the profits. Expect more silent layoffs, attrition tactics, and every other thing in the book that would make us gone. If you can find some other job, do it. It's not that working at T is a prize.

Stank has never increased revenue with any company he has run. He ruined TW within a few months. He only knows how to effect the expense side of the equation, cut head count. Stank has spent $50B in capex in 2 years and revenue has gone down. His message to the investment community is that revenue will begin increasing in 2027. The magical Dilbert hockey stick. Stank will retire in 2026.
Leadership in town halls has already said in 2025 reductions WILL continue.

The Stink Stank Stunk pays media not to report anything bad about T. All corps do it. They will mass advertise on NBC if NBC keeps negative news out of reporting.

There are layoffs every week or every 2 weeks until the payroll drops below revenue level.

This happens every week without the majority of employees even knowing. Every week folks! I was in mgt for 18 years and the new mantra is to get rid of anyone not agreeing with management 3/4 levels. They will B$ you everyday until the “conversation” about are you in agreement with the direction that we are leading. I told them I was NOT in agreement with the direction and the mixed messages that changed every other month and they said you want a package and I said yes I will take it!!! Best damn decision ever mad and I am only 59!!! Paid me for 6 months and healthcare for the same period. Retirement for non union only gets you cell/fiber discounts. Total BS and I sold over a BILLION dollars for the company. Bunch of B$ and losers at level 4/5 total a$$ Kissers and don’t give a damn about you. I didn’t get a raise for the last 4 years I was there and that was the final straw. Now I am cutting the spend with clients I sold too. So short sighted.
