Another big exit announced this morning. They are making folks leave who actually care about this place and its people without a remorse. Head of Agile is so out of place

JO is a true leader. He has helped navigate so many careers including mine and genuinely cared about his team. Everyone I know wanted to work with him. It’s truly remarkable they let him walk away. Keep cutting and raising the stock price is the motto of this EC
Jo resigning was a punch in the gut to say the least. The head of agile has no clue what is going on, or should I say she doesn’t care. The person picked to replace him is is ZM, he is fully capable of leading, and is well respected. But with this executive leadership, I really doubt he will take the Bs and will probably end up leaving too. I strongly believe that’s what they exactly want.
Agile Practice head has no clue of her org. With 20 plus directs, she has not even been able to organize her team even after 6 months. With frequent org and Mgr changes SLs are clueless. She also randomly picked up her leadership team, many of them being incompetent.
We picked up a reject from McKinsey!

BNYM has totally misunderstood Agile since before 2000, which is 24 years of not adopting.
They took traditional waterfall P.M.s and they led meetings for years. They scrummed it all up and never did learn Agile..
