I heard they are planning to outsource a big part of it to consulting firms, the rest to new jersey and india. Anyone has more details???

My thoughts? They’re a team that has repeatedly proven they can’t deliver. No company operates with multiple IT teams supporting different business units—it’s usually centralized to leverage synergies. The notion that they provided any “unique value” was a fantasy instilled by Mr. Smith. Now that he’s gone, I see the same mediocre team being conveniently scattered into New Jersey, Temple Terrace, and whatever scraps remain handed off to Cognizant.

Cognizant seems to be the company that will Replace many of the permanent roles at the Miami office. Hopefully they can get rid of l0a-ch1
