https://hraccess.att.com/ has been coming up as 403 - Forbidden for a few weeks. I've tried different devices, ISP's and browsers, same result.

try clearing cookies and history as well. it's been happening to me but hraccess att com still works
Very interesting question. You said you tried different ISPs, like you've tried a mobile device? I can only imagine you're getting a 403 because you're attempting to access it from a location that's blocked. (Are you abroad?)
Alternatively, make sure you're not using any kind of proxy or VPN. If you're using an Apple device, that includes iCloud's hide my IP address.
I tested the website myself and it works fine on all browsers.
As the 3rd poster suggested, try clearing your cookies or using private browsing. HR Access authenticates using GLO, which stores session cookies.

To the poster who suggested Incognito, it worked great. Thanks! I had already tried clearing cookies, even using a VPN to change my IP.
Firefox doesn't work but chrome and microsoft edge both work on my PC. Might have to clear your cookies.

If none of your online avenues have resulted in success, try using the phone by actually calling someone in HR, to ask them to help you with this. Surely you can locate the main HR #, n'est ce pas?
