So our whole team displaced in Roanoke, VA call center today. 60 days non-working notice. Back-office group. Merry Christmas huh?!

22 of us. Quality assurance helping different groups with claims around the unauthorized account openings/add-ons. Customer remediation group.
For the people talking about WARN notices, that only applies when shutting down an entire facility / building, or when doing more than 50 layoffs at one location in one pay cycle.
So WF uses a formula (and seemingly an outside contractor, based on how my own severance paperwork was drafted) so that they minimize WARN notices. Since WF has thousands of locations between every building of every campus and every banking store, it's not difficult for them to stay under 50 per location when doing 1000 layoffs per cycle.
Who have they given your work to? Offshore people or the people that remain? Not that it matters. Good luck to you.
What specific group and LOB? Who do you currently report to?
What department, how many people, type of work? What's the point of posting without details?
@qbk+1vUO9nj8 do the Warn notices show the most recent layoffs or do the numbers actually show up after the 60 day nonworking status? Curious to know.
I’m so very sorry. Highly recommend taking advantage of the LHH placement services. I’m using them and their portal and getting great ideas.
That sounds like an incredible Christmas gift!! Hopefully, you have enough years of service to get a decent severance package. Best of luck!!!
Sorry to hear it, best of luck to you
What department are you with?
Guess it must have been less than 50 workers cause I don't see it on the Virginia WARN notice website:

A yule log off.
