Doesn’t matter. Save the company $100m+ or $1 and you get the same bonus and raise. Seen it so many times. Except the top performer gets more work to go with it, and no they won’t get promoted either. Need that su---r to produce. The $1 person gets promoted. Facts. Why bother?

lol good luck with that Chit! I worked the last 4 years under the healthcare org and I’ sold over a billion dollars in my career with AT&T and got NO raise for 3 years. I was at the top of a level 2 salary. These ba----ds can’t even acknowledge top performers and give a decent raise. Ok that all right. I’ll take $300 million in cost reductions in the next few years as pay back. Short sighted and comb ads leadership from level 4/5 and 6th. Sort to the good employees that I worked with that will take the comp hit but not sorry to Nash and others.
They don’t care. This whole company is a money laundering scheme for the executives.
