Tech appears to be heavily drafted to basically say DEI means hiring everywhere but the US, and that's because our "diverse tech teams" are amazingly high performing (LMFAO).

Career growth is an opportunity? They honestly expect US employees to read that and believe WF management will do something about it?

An army of monkeys ba----g on a room full of typewriters could write a more believable line of BS than that.

won't last. prediction-- We will see a shift from off shoring trends. just a sample of things to come We need to quit pumping US dollars overseas to countries that want to undermine our dominance.

DEI in corporations like WF is not about moving jobs to India. That is a whole separate play on expense control.

The great irony is that there's no diversity in India, and certainly not in the buildings that WF has employees in. They're all Brahmin hindu Indians - nothing else. It's a joke that they talk up diversity and then send all the jobs to India where they literally still have a caste system in practice. Not in law, no, but it is still functioning in practice, especially in professional jobs.
