So much for recognition. Having to sit through management patting themselves on the back especially in the P-M. All focus was on India, APAC, and the Engineers in P-M.

Zero call outs for the individual contributors making the customer experience and implementation successful. No call outs on actual client projects and the contributors who onboarded revenue.

Where is the credit to employees who avoid letting things turn into dumpster fires, for teams who work efficiently? The lesson: let things turn into an escalation, ensure it comes to manager attention, then, and only then, do your job. You will be viewed as a hero for “solving “ the issue that never should have been.
