As has been mentioned here a lot, but will mention it again, it’s not supposed to make sense. Nothing in RTO and/or how and where you work has shiiiitttee to do with increased productivity and efficiency. All the “collaboration” buzz and propaganda is a smokescreen for the forced reduction of domestic managers and continued mitigation of CRE tax penalties.

Maybe this will finally let us deliver great phone service at a reasonable price. We could be the next T-Mobile if we can figure out how to do that!

”They’re making everyone 5 days but not enough space for everyone to be there at once. How does this make sense.”

@oly+1vV1QSNx, great question, but nobody stated that everyone will be M-F, 08:00-16:00. To get around the ”occupancy rules”, there will be three shifts with sliding weekends; half-hour lunch. Best shifts based upon seniority.

  • MO-TU-WE-TH-FR, 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-0700
  • TU-WE-TH-FR-SA, 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-0700
  • WE-TH-FR-SA-SU, 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-0700
  • TH-FR-SA-SU-MO, 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-0700
  • FR-SA-SU-MO-TU, 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-0700
  • SA-SU-MO-TU-WE, 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-0700
  • SU-MO-TU-WE-TH, 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-0700

Nope, I’ll just use more sick and caregivers days.

That too. You’ll see.

Why is it so easy to picture Stanky dressed in assless chaps? Or in a chicken costume?

“Seats are no longer assigned with collaborative working spaces. You are encouraged to meet new people by rotating desks.”

So now we’re a social club not a business focused on deliverables and performance.
Got it.

What else can you expect from the social butterfly deliver no value MBA’s I suppose.

Perfect reflective of what T has become: a joke of a circus.

Where did this news come from?
I’ve been hearing 5 days for L3 and above but I haven’t heard anything about 5 days for L2 - just that it’s based off location and available space.
