The communications from the executive level make me feel like I work for a social justice think tank that occasionally does financial services.
Can they not just declare victory seeing how they've sent tens of thousands of jobs from the U.S. to "underserved communities" in India and the Philippines.
In case you're wondering, they're certainly not doing layoffs and downsizing over there.

Time to end these programs closer than you think why do you think the chief sustainability officer position hasn't been backfilled? DEI is next to DIE
The fact that the comment about lack of ERN got 5 downvotes shows me a Caucasian ERN is needed more than ever.

If Wells wants to make a hostile work environment for me, there are many options.
We need labor tariffs on offshoring. DEI will die off as it's not helping efficiency in a market economy.
I’m getting really tired of the effin’ mandatory DE&I classes in DevelopYou. I’ve got better stuff to do…like my job!
ESG and DEI are deadsville. Just a matter of time before Charlie gets rid of it.
