Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

12/10 layoffs

Tech not affected much, that was a false alarm. Looks like a out 30 layoffs in that group. COO hit the hardest, as usual, with around 400 axed. A little over 600 WF employees total were downsized. Merry Fing Christmas. Looks like 80-90 people in Idaho got the axe. 60ish in CA. 40+ in VA.

SP may be the most evil executive in NY, bragging about how much people love the location strategy in his stupid little videos the same day that he fired 400 people mostly under that fake excuse. He's a disgusting excuse of a human being and the day he finally leaves this company will be a truly great day for the survivors of that pr!ick$ vile schemes. FSP, FHY and FLS.

@3sai+1vW8dr28 This is based on actual data. 1,600 data does not lie.

Stop trolling, it was 600 not 1600.

Not if shart goes with him. 'Getting more efficient' is not what SP is doing. There are no cost savings or the prospects of them ever happening. I'm sure there's a very slick ppt somewhere that says these clowns are on their way to efficiencyville, but it's a lie. This current batch of incompetants has no chance of fixing anything.

Getting rid of SP won’t stop it, they will hire someone else to do it.

Numbers posted don't include significant changes in OR. They're number is coming soon enough, but this Tuesday wasn't it. All the numbers are people actually in the notification period au, not the 'threatened layoffs', those numbers would be much much larger.

OP that’s not false alarm. Technology’s big ones are coming real soon. 18 more days until 2025…

P/S, where has your manager been these days? HR trainings?

Assume the tech layoffs will take a few months, seeing as they've been in an offsite meeting about it only this week.

I'm guessing there will be a lot of unprepared people getting poor reviews, however.

Anything to support layoff claims? Links to local news reports?

Thinking your figures may include advance notice of intent Oregon. Those people are not yet let go- it will happen over coming year.
