I would guess that maybe a large group of employees have been moved into that building and they are helping people get situated? Or maybe it could also be for DEI awareness month or some initiative like that.

I don’t think they are HR. Aren’t they part of facilities helping with facilities questions? I’ve seen them help people on our floor later in the day. I did wonder if they monitor early leavers but they are usually gone from their spots by 10-11 so who knows. I am in Minneapolis.
