Does anyone know if all job grades will be impacted by the upcoming layoffs?

Two termination events ongoing. One is RTO related. Some reports of fishy RTO card activity but likely just incompetent HR. Second is the annual purge. Hearing this is mostly about reducing managers who have lost their reports.
Are staff safe? No. But unless you live under a rock, the signs are out there if you are on the chopping block. Management asking you to stay home is a pretty good sign

All grade levels except the C Suite. Beginning November 1st. Staggered announcements through end of the year. Sit tight, kiddies!
Last year November 2023, it was staff level. Prior posts, it stated that higher job grades will be impacted by the upcoming November 2024 layoffs.
