Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Hidden benefit of 5 days in office.

All of the people in my org who were working to automate our jobs are being affected. These people were the special 10% given permission to work from home because they weren’t near a hub like the rest of us. Now they don’t want to report 5 days a week to an office far from their homes. One just took the package and the rest will be in the same boat soon.

Lol, thanks Stankey!

The people working on automation aren’t going anywhere.

Funny comment. The transformation and rationalization employees said the same thing as they were retiring systems and optimizing the network. They received a pat on the back and pushed out the door instead of given a seat at the table to work the new initiatives. Tells you who they are and that nobody is valued.

“ One just took the package…”

No they didn’t. There is no package. Do you mean that they were laid off with severance?

I just know this is the same jealous and petty twit that is CONSTANTLY posting about their anger over their teammates that were able to maintain their TW status. So sad and pathetic that this is all you seem to be able to focus on. I can only imagine how horrible you are at your job.

Pretty revealing that people have to try so hard to find actual benefits of being in the office.

Rejoicing about people losing their jobs is a bad look on anyone.

Working on automation makes you a traitor to your own race. The human race. It’s us vs the machines. You’re just too stooped to see the end results until it’s too late.
