So basically Wells Fargo is eliminating jobs in states that have tougher labor laws for employers and where it's easier for workers to unionize, and moving those jobs to states where the employees can feel the brunt of the whip. It's a strategy to exploit employees without repercussions.

NY does have unions. Note how, though it's a hub, any job with that location has to be approved from the top. Not a coincidence.
Yeah, NYC doesn't have any unions.
Union troll or solar salesperson? Winning friends and influencing people? Good ideas sell themselves. Do your job - get a paycheck. Simple.
Most labor law (including laws and protection about unions, union organizing, etc) is federal. Federal law supercedes state laws.
State laws can layer on additional protection for workers but can’t take it away.
People can find a conspiracy in anything. Loons. Flip the whole idea and imagine they were relocating to California? Great labor protections right? Zero downsides right? Or pick 6 completely different states from today and you’ll undoubtedly find isht to beatch about relating to those locations also.
Who cares. Ride the tidal wave and see where you wash up.
If true , then this is very smart and I am in full support. The unions could spell the doom of us all.
