So is the Nov 15th announcement being held until after the Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson fight?

SC is so cost effective that Crown will spend crazy amounts of money to fight municipalities in court, only to not actually build them

The colo model is a fallacy and only worked when there was 4 carriers. Now there are 3 actual carriers and one them won’t colo on sites with others. So at most you can get two. It’s still better than fiber.

@2jea+1ve3cFho,

Great info, wonder why we drifted away from the multi tenant model? Faster to build with an anchor and collocate later? Maybe your leaders had a better vision than others or they are in a market with greater demand. Seems the more dense urban markets are harder to permit. Too much red tape in the NE, SoCal and BAWA.

Most in my area have colo on them but they were built before 2020. It used be tough to build small cells. No one knew about them and made it difficult. Then the fcc passed the small cell order and made them know and set some guidelines. Now carriers can build out them just like us. The sites we get now are in small in difficult areas or where the carrier doesn’t want to build. The days of 500 node contracts are over.

A SC is break even with one carrier. how many Unicorns do we really have with collocations? All I ever see is single carrier ponies. Can we sell them to the anchor tenant faster and cheaper than they can self perform and build one across the street?

I really don't know, asking for a friend. Maybe we can sell JB some magic beans!

Hilarious that while trying to say SC has better returns than fiber, you explained exactly why they were hiding the SC financials in fiber lmao

No one who understands how to read our project ROIs would say that small cell is hiding losses in fiber. Fiber ROI is horrific. Small cells is actually good we just can build them to save our lives because we don't have anyone who understands construction actually running the construction. Well and permitting. Especially now that the worst VCA2 projects were all canned.

They’re getting into the weeds of SC because the earnings report showed how hiding SC loses in Fibers financials negatively impacted the sale of both, being it made Fiber’a financials look far worse than what they are

1chi+1ve3cFho Based on higher ups all of sudden wanting to get into the weeds of small cells node I can see this happening.

“Nothing will happen”

This is the rumor mill dawg

Remember earlier this year when you would say nothing would happen and then we did a second layoff within 12 months

There’s also been belief within Crown that a deal with TPG was finalized at the start of the month

It's true, I tried to give everyone the heads up 2 weeks ago but people just played it as a joke. I wasn't going to try and prove it to anyon. I'm just hanging out until I inevitably get a severance so I can keep as many of these RSUs as possible.
