Thread regarding Bank of New York Mellon Corp. layoffs

Dont forget to Leave your Glasdoor Review if you were unfairly laid off or fired!

Don't forget to leave your honest review! If you have been laid off or unfairly fired. The CEO has 68% approval rating, which is most likely due to fake internal reviews. The percentage should be around 20-25% approval..

Tried… Glassdoor is deleting negative reviews - even those that don’t violate policy. I thought I was imagining it but there is a whole subreddit about it. Try indeed or blind.

Unfairly? With the silly RTO enforcement and general incompetence put aside, wouldn’t you think that any or all of these other forced rank layoffs are unfair? Especially if the true aim is cost reduction with rehiring in cheap areas with little no labor law protections?
That my friends is an ethical and moral violation. As for Glassdoor, it’s apparent bots and paid gummy candy heads are doing those.

They reach out to new hires in the first couple of months to post a Glassdoor review. This almost always guarantees them a positive review or the ones you see saying “no cons I can think of” or “no cons yet”.
