Well hard to track hours accurately…someone leaves 2 hours early and leaves computer attached to the network. Are they in a conference room during a meeting? Are they in the office collaborating with someone etc?
Heard 5 day/week, 8 hours/day, from my AVP this morning. There will be some kind of presence tracking to ensure compliance with the hours in office. It was mandatory for VPs as of last week when Legg discussed this in his regular AVP+ meeting.
