Well, if you close or not, still need to write the rent check.
There was Voluntary Unpaid Time Off in Credit Card Customer Service today. Half of the Salem site is closed off and has signs instructing you to sit on the other half, the other half has a bunch of unused desks.
What a waste of money keeping it open.
I'd be pi---d at the CEO if I were a shareholder.
WARN notice finally showed up. 37 total from escalations at the barn.
The way wells fargo is laying off people due to location strategy, without notice other than a legal approved email now and then explaining it's coming but they don't know when, so we work and have no idea when it's happening. Managers saying, business as usual. It's not. Seeing people let go little at a time at one location over two years is very stressful. We wish you the best, and hope you can repair some of the damage this company has done to you over time. You, we all deserve better treatment. Let us know or let us go.
Know this, dwellers of The Barn, long after you are gone you will be fondly remembered by us few survivors as people who deserved better.
60+ escalations reps including managers/leads for credit card based in hillsboro and Salt Lake City. Consumer EO downstairs is still employed.
How many people?
Umm not all. Just for a certain lob.
