It blows my mind that they are turning WF from one of the biggest us banks, into a bank that will pretty much be, Indian.
4 complaints teams total, that I am aware of. 2 in OR, 2 in UT. Managers too. Maybe 60 people in total. We were assured the people in India we were training were not our replacements. But they indeed, were our replacements.
ER was also impacted. Several talented employees were let go. Shame on WF for this disgraceful and distributable decision .
