At BofA, you’re just a number, no matter how hard you work. The company doesn’t give a damn about you and profits always come first. Depending on who your manager is, you might have zero work-life balance. You will hear the higher-ups claim they care about employees, but it’s just talk. If you value your mental health or any sort of balance in life, stay far away from this place.

@OP+1vfiXwER - Truth!! Completely 1000% true (not a typo. that's the number)
@ljwx+1vfiXwER is F.O.S.
If this company truly cared, why on earth do they have to spend so much Time and $$$ on so-called "Wellness" programs?
Gimme a break.
OP is speaking truth. Top of the house throws a few paltry RSUs while raking millions in to their own pockets on our back. It's really disgusting.
Words from a likely lazy employee.
Go work elsewhere? Can't huh? Cause you have no skills... thus, the reason you are so disgruntled.
I have been saying this for years on this forum. This bank doesn't gives a rats azz about your well being. I just barely do enough to collect a check from this shlithole bank. Everyday they post bullshlit on flagshlit about how good it is to work in this shlithole. This place is run by a bunch of Brian M.o.ro.nyhan cronies.
This is even more true the higher up one goes. If you are lucky and have a great direct and skip level manager it will make a world of difference, but foolishly after so many years of working here I have come to realize the bank could careless about our wellbeing where it really matters.
