They don’t care about morale and productivity. They care about getting rid of you for free. I don’t see T leadership looking to lead over a growing, robust and sound company with quality workforce and satisfied employees. All I see that they want is to always have more cash for themselves and shareholders. Until T is gone.

Stanky is using the same tactics he used with Time Warner, don't expect anything good coming out of it based on his track record
Stankey does not know how to build . . . only how to destroy. He destroyed TW when he became president of that company. $40B in capital spent over the last 7 quarters and revenue continues to decline. He is trying to build out fiber in areas where there is no competition. However, the competition will follow and he will not know what to do.
