Company Morale has Never Been so Low

This is a complete train wreck. Employees respect for leadership is completely gone now. The “Culture” is that of complete toxicity. Treat us like garbage, and garbage is what you’ll get.

With this latest move nobody is going above the bare minimum anymore. You’ve made it clear the only thing that matters is simply showing up. So that’s what we’ll do; show up, hang out, and talk sh!t about you all day long. “Sorry I missed XYZ, I was collaborating”.

The stink apparently didn't like the compliance report numbers. So his solution is to even more pi-s off the people who do come in. Yeah, some motivator for moral stink.

It's like punishing the good kid for the bad. All that will result is more unmotivated people. Wonder if they'll have to do more g-n violence checks in place when someone can't get a desk.

There used to be joy and excitement from the work we did. Definitely went above and beyond and put in the hours for projects to be successful.

Now it’s a dark cloud of misery. No excitement. Can’t wait for the day to be over vs couldn’t wait to see what’s next.

“Grumpa” has quite literally su-ked all air from the room and he’s not done yet. Worst thing of all is that you can see how proud he is of himself. What a joke.

Leaving. Thats how that works. If I’m going to have to be in the office 5x per week, I might as well find a company that’s going to pay me more, give me better work/life balance and most of all, be co-located with my teammates where it would actually make sense to be there 5x per week. Right now nobody is in the same office as me and I’m on teams calls all day. Makes 0 sense. Yeah, I’ll take my 401k and leave. I don’t have a pension and I’m one of the younger people. Enjoy. We already had 2 people announce their retirements. Everyone is heading for the door that has a brain and any kind of skills.

I’m quite certain I work the least out of every T employee on the books. I’m averaging approximately 15-18 hours per week! I work smart, not hard! Easy money, I’m gonna stick around! Why look a gift horse in the mouth!
