I am a displaced employee with severance and benefits running into next year. I went to modify my benefits but don't have that option in Workday. Called the benefits hotline (India representative of course) and he was like yep, you don't have the ability but did my changes for me 25 minutes later. I asked for a confirmation email of my changes, he said once enrollment is over I do receive an email. I have to call back in 2 days for validation to hear that they were changed. I would like to see my own stuff. I asked if there's a resolution because we should have access, he said no. My guess, this issue is giving then great numbers.

You need to call the displacement line from your package. They can do anything you need.
Benefits had to help me last year….and they did it correctly. You’ll get confirmation via USPS. It’s frustrating —have faith
