Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Lets Talk About RTO

Lets Talk About RTO.
On second thought, let us once again talk about the buffoonery of the mindless drone leadership that are following blindly.

Here is what is really happening. Fortune 100s are telling the followers (the Fortune 200-500s) that they’re going all in on RTO knowing full well that dummy companies like T will follow blindly. As a consequence, the talent pool will free up for the fortune 100s to grab.
Once they absorb the talent they will go back to a mindful work life balance for their employees and then companies like T (the buffoons), will be left in the lurch big time.

I’ve seen it happen time and time again because the so called C-Suite always looks to Fortune 100s to see what they are doing regarding RTO. They all follow the same Gartner Magic Quadrant reports also. (which are influenced by F100s).

Its a big load of buffoonery all the way around.

It’s all follow the leader for sure. Except, the masters pulling the strings is government and wall st. Yep, they are the ones telling Stink and everyone else 5x RTO, because corp real estate portfolios, loss of tax revenue due to less gas consumed and less spending in town where the office is. That’s pretty much it. The company is getting tax breaks and incentives to get you back in the office. That’s the REAL truth.

Whatever happens I hope John Stankey and AT&T face consequences for all this bad karma they're putting out there.
