Who's bright idea was to create a wallet functionality for prepaid brand and customers. Is all over the place, customers are lost. Who designed this? Not even providing customers a walk through or explaining what it is.

Yikes!!! VZ's competitor, the ever growing and expanding the pink monster, reported last September it will partner with OpenAI to build an artificial-intelligence platform, called IntentCX. The platform will harvest data on customer interactions from subscribers who use T-Mobile’s T-Life app, which combines services such as bill management, and smartwatch integration.
Hmmm, the T-Mobile stock rose 29% in the first nine months of 2024. So far in the fourth quarter, shares are up 14%.
