Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Oh please let me sit on the employee side of the table for these negotiations.

The first thing I would do is vow to show the same level of fairness, ethics, respect, trust, appreciation and honesty as Wells Fargo Executives have (not) shown to their employees.

sigh.....

You fool.

You are not worth a 50% raise. In fact, your post indicates that you are an oxygen thief of the highest order.

  • "Yes, shareholders will take a visible haircut, but it's not like the top 10% who own 93% of the stock market are hurting"

and as a former employee and current shareholder, why should I take a 'visible haircut'? You're stealing from my retirement to satisfy your incompetent greed. I'm not in the top 10%, you entitled imbecile.

Cheers, you stupid Fck...............

@1sxz you couldn't make an NFL team. Lowest Salary is $225k and highest is $60M. You need talent and a good work ethic to succeed in your profession (guessing you lack both).

We should all join the union and fight for NFL ratio.

Imagine another $8.5 billion in the compensation pool for the people who actually make the bank work. That's an average increase of $34,000 per year per worker at 250k employees. Tier it heavily towards the less compensated in order to flatten out salaries. Just imagine the money multiplier effect of the average WF worker getting up to a 50% raise.

Yes, shareholders will take a visible haircut, but it's not like the top 10% who own 93% of the stock market are hurting. America was great because you climb the financial success ladder, now the corporations are doing everything possible to reduce humans to slave labor in the name of shareholder value.

Because those are topics discussed in these negotiations? The only thing unions care about are wages and benefits

How do we keep the union bosses from not lining their own pockets and looking out for themselves? They are also sc-m.
