It's there 1st topic of discussion on this 50+ min podcast. You can jump to about the 4 min mark where they start talking about VZ.
they have to use it because they cant keep employees in the phillipines, africa, bangladesh, etc. any company that does this should have to pay the old corporate rate.
T already tried it in call center. It was an AI bot that was supposed to help with sales. T removed it after 6 months. Doesn't work for a sales environment.
