it's the compensation grade more than the job level that determines your salary. There are p6 positions that pay less than others that are p5.
I'm a P5 in area 0 with a comp grade of 150. My base is 215 bonus around 70

My salary has gone up since starting at WF, but my bonus has remained the exact same dollar amount for the last 3 or 4 years meaning it is decreasing as a percentage of my salary. Lead Compliance Officer. It should be based on a variety of factors including the success of the company over the course of the year. I find it strange that it remains the exact same dollar amount each year.

Important note… while the level (P#) seem the same they are not. A Principal BEC (P6) is the equivalent pay wise as a Sr. Lead Control Mgmt. Officer (P5). Each job family is not created equal across level and pay.

Underpaid?? Try looking for a job in this market and you’ll see that WF typically pays far better than other employers right now. Spoken as someone who was laid off from WF after 14 years and had to take a 50% pay cut in their new role. My entire team who was laid off have faced the same scenario.
