Sometimes I can't believe the words that I'm hearing being spoken by some of the most experienced people here - people who are supposed to know better! I've come to realize that this place has started turning smart people stupid with constant brainwashing and questionable policies.

It did not used to be this way. Before Robin, it was an informative society of people who knew how to run projects and understand rules, business logic and client needs. It was a place where new people learned from seniors and became solid in understanding the meaning of the business and apps that support it. No more. Now it is all dashboard metrics, silly power points and just looking at flawed AI exceptions and not understanding why or how. It’s all about pestering and confronting overworked SME’s and not becoming one. Yes, you don’t need to be smart anymore here. Just loud, annoying and staring at the dashboards. Duh!!!
Interesting thought. I felt this on my second day there. Intuition told me - (my name), you will definitely not grow here and if anything you will be forced to d-mb down your abilities.
Needless to say, I left in a year.
