Susan Johnson org

They're asking leaders to begin planning for RTO and communicate real estate needs. Target date is Jan 1st week 2025.

Going to be a disaster.

“William is a VP with a total ORG headcount of 13.”

13 to tens of thousands seems logical. I’m sure he’s adequately prepared to replace a senior old school network guy with that many reports.

“or stepped down to a L2 to be able to work from Colorado or other non job cities.”
Does this involve a pay cut?

Choy/Wilson (roaming and towers) have lots of L3s that had restructures to keep their jobs or stepped down to a L2 to be able to work from Colorado or other non job cities. All fluff org — should be consolidated

Her entire org could be collapsed and she could be made the AVP, that’s how out of whack her span of control has become.

They have been busy building their kingdoms of the years.

Some of the teams in my org were already told 5 day after the new year.

I don’t know why it’s so one off. It’s happening. We all know it. Just send a mass email and take the hits that come. At least Amz wasn’t trying to mask it.
