Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

HR Onestop

Who designed and maintains that sh!tshow of a website? It doesn't work on Linux Firefox and barely works on Linux Chrome (aka Google Spyware).

Also it'd be nice if the fools in this company can decide on which browser to use for all internal websites. Edge or Firefox? It's not a tough decision.

“Email SPI to an external mail system. That won't get flagged at all.”

It actually does not. I’ve emailed all of my Total Rewards, reviews, paystubs, etc, to my Gmail account and it’s never been an issue.

I mean I'm sure you're used to cr-ppy everything, so why not?

Everything works fine:
MS Office under WINE
Steam games
Most websites on Firefox.

Garbage AT&T HROnestop... not so much.

Dude, if you use Linux, and Firefox, you deserve to deal with cr-ppy web sites. I mean I'm sure you're used to cr-ppy everything, so why not?

You are going to need to post that on the Tech Mahindra board. There is no one at T left doing that kind of work.

It's absolutely atrocious for employees trying to look up info when not on through the VPN (that'd be all craft employees outside of work hours). And they want 2FA for WorkDay in order to grab our paycheck stubs... when we're not supposed to take company assests home. Can't get them at work because of USB storage restrictions.

They've gone full r3tard.

All due respect, is this the issue you really want to raise in the forum? HR OneStop?

Well technically it's layoff related because a lot of people access it for HR info. If he's having problems I'm sure a lot of other employees are too.

OP-

Look bro you need a walk and grab some old keyboards or an old mouse and go chuck it in a pond and then realize and remember this is where you work. It's not gonna change much and certainly slower than the world's pace of tech/innovation.

I believe it's built on the Life Ray or some other out of the box solution. It's not native built. Don't worry it's going away soon in favor of a Service Now solution. Enjoy! 😊
