I enrolled and my monthly deductions went down $700. I can’t wait until January, it will be like getting a raise!
There's usually a grace period. If you didn't already try, try again. If that doesn't work, call benefits and request the option to update.
Wait until next year. If you don’t get surplused.
It defaults to last years options except the smoking surcharge always defaults to yes.
Based on your post you might want to think twice about demeaning other people's mental abilities, assuming you ever think twice.

- Ignores manager's multiple requests to finish EOY tasks - enrollment, training, and employee feedback.

Just call benefits and they will help you make your selections. Last year I had them help me as was having issues with maxing the HSA and Benefit group who helps in India made mistakes with mine. So I called and they fixed it after the close date/. They can help you as they told me they also had a system glitch last year with medical benefit selections and multiple folks were calling for support. They were helpful and fixed mine.
You didn’t miss it…you ignored 2025 enrollment until it was too late. All on you genius. And like another poster mentioned, your selections from the previous year just roll over.

I missed it a few years ago. I logged in and was still able to make selections.
