I know this isn’t about layoffs but could someone give me insight for L level positions for NYC, Pittsburgh and Lake Mary?

Going to depend on job family & location....for me:
Current L in NYC (promoted to it last year, 3 yrs with bank)
current base: 195
cash bonus: 45

From 98k to 220k - No one has the correct information. Go to DOL where they have to file for H1 VISA Labor certification and you can notice that the range is 125k -225k. Where the new hire fits depends upon his/her negotiating skills and whether he/she has the AI or Agile-enabled or DEI label
L software dev 185k base LM and same in Pittsburgh.
A bunch of L's are about to get cut across the board, maybe in January, in a bone-headed attempt to cut by grade and not by expenses. some would have taken a grade cut, but they will cut to reduce 'L's, but they cut in them in cheaper areas rather than higher cost L's in other cities. makes no sense.
What’s top of L grade in Pittsburgh and Lake Mary?
Pittsburgh and lake Mary same grade min 98k.
NYC if I remember is 120k min.
L is up to 220 in NYC I believe.
If You are an L here and have to ask, you are underpaid or on you way out the p00p chute.
If you are thinking of coming here…. Stay away.
